What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, which serve as that computer’s “Internet Protocol” IP address. When a visitor requests a page from within the Movies About Aging web site, our web servers automatically recognize that visitor’s domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed the Movies About Aging website. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals. Our web servers do not record e-mail addresses of the visitors. We may determine what technology is available through your browser in order to provide you with the most appropriate version of a web page.

What information do you collect when I order something?
When you purchase a Movies About Aging product online, in addition to your name and contact information we will also collect and maintain your billing address, shipping address, product selections, and your credit card or other payment instrument information. We collect this and other information to fill your order and to communicate with you about your order and to send you promotional materials. This information is kept in our customer database for a period of time we consider commercially reasonable.
We may use your PII to send notifications of Terra Nova products and services by e-mail and/or postal mail. We do not maintain a process for you to review and request changes to your PII.
What other information do you request?
We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to postal mail newsletters, announcement lists or information about seminars/competitions). Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict “No-Spam” policy that means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.
In addition, Terra Nova will not send you email that you have not agreed to receive. We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new Terra Nova products. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive mailings from other reputable, third party companies.
When you enter any film/video competition sponsored by Terra Nova, we may ask for personally identifiable information (PII) so we can administer the competition and notify winners. This PII will be kept in a data base separate and apart from our customer data base. We will not share this PII with third parties.
